We are a freight forwarding company specialising in the organisation of new vehicle transportation across the European continent. We work with vehicle manufacturers and rental companies; therefore, responsibility, reliability, and fast and consistent communication are particularly important to us. We strive to ensure that every order is carried out smoothly, to a high standard, and within the agreed timeframe, allowing our customers to rely on us as a trusted long-term partner.

Customer satisfaction and trust are among the key priorities of our business. We continuously seek to improve the quality of our services, increase process efficiency, and ensure clear and timely communication. At the same time, we take a responsible approach to the environmental impact of our activities, promote the digitalisation of processes, reduce the use of paper documentation, and look for ways to organise our daily operations more efficiently and sustainably.

In order to achieve the established objectives, the Company’s top management:

• ensures that the Integrated Management System Policy, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, is understood, implemented, maintained, and appropriate to the organisation’s purpose, strategic direction, and the established objectives of the Integrated Management System;
• is committed to the continual improvement of the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and to increasing its effectiveness;
• strives to meet and exceed customer requirements in order to provide services of the highest quality;
• seeks to comply with and fulfil undertaken commitments, legal obligations, and the requirements of interested parties;
• is committed to protecting the environment, including pollution prevention, and conserving natural resources;
• seeks to ensure that the Company’s activities are managed in line with the established strategic direction and that every effort is made to minimise any adverse environmental impact.
